New websites unite and disseminate knowledge
We provide a joint entry point to our knowledge on a new website for the Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management – IGN. Interested people, in Denmark and abroad - for example students, researchers, authorities, and practicians - can get an overview of the department’s many activities.
IGN’s research is described based on IGN’s 20 research groups. Here you can get information about our research, see current research projects, and see which researchers work in the different research fields. Find out more on the new research sites.
Overview of educational programmes
Our researchers and employees at the department are involved in a number of educational programmes at the University of Copenhagen. The programmes are for the most part described at www.studies.ku.dk. On IGN’s website you can get an overview of IGN’s many study programmes from Bachelor-, Master- and PhD programmes to professional bachelors and vocational training.
Cooperation with authorities and practicians
We carry out a number of research based tasks for the authorities and have a close cooperation with the profession. You can read about these activities in Advisory Services.
