Roi Mandel Briefer
Assistant Professor
I am a human cognitive psychologist (MSc, Magna Cum Laude) with a PhD in animal welfare. I work as an Assistant Professor at IVH since March 2023. My research involves the behavior and welfare of farm animals, and more recently the behaviour of humans and free-roaming cattle in nature parks. I am currently exploring tools from the field of Human Behaviour Change to improve dog and owner welfare (e.g., a video trailer to our new behavioural intervention app for dog owners can be found here: App trailer (youtube.com)).
