Soil science, edaphologogy, land evaluations, geographical information systems (GIS), digital elevation models.

Geoinformatics, remote sensing/digital image processing, soils, soil erosion.

Classroom teaching and supervisor abilities:
Spatial statistics at BSc-level. Physical geography, soil science, edaphology, soil erosion, digital image processing and digital elevation modelling at MSc-level. Land evaluations and geographical information systems and at PhD-level.

Field work
Several soil science related field work campaigns in Denmark.
Surveying related to topographical mapping.

Funding
Several EU-contracts related to soil science. Among others SPADE (Soil Profile Analytical Database), ENVASSO (Environmental Assessment of Soils for Monitoring).
Collaboration with ESRI, CA. on GIS learning resources.

Supervision
Supervision of 50+ MSc projects and 9PhD students.
