Speakers

Kamille Hjuler Kofod, spokesperson for Almen Modstand, will introduce the so-called ‘Ghetto package’ (parallelsamfundspakke): what it means for our physical and social ‘landscapes’ and how Almen Modstand is resisting gentrification.

Garbi Schmidt, Professor of Intercultural Studies at Roskilde University, will share from her extensive research on immigration trends and the politicization of immigration in Denmark.

Anders Lund Hansen, Visiting Professor at Aarhus University, will share from his in-depth research on Danish housing politics and urban activism responding to ‘neoliberal urbanism’.
