Skalling Laboratory
The Skalling Laboratory is University of Copenhagen’s field station in Southwestern Denmark (55°31'52"N, 8°13'30"E). The station is uniquely located at the edge of the barrier spit of Skallingen in northern part of the Wadden Sea National Park and UNESCO World Heritage.
The Skalling Laboratory is primarily used for research and teaching for employees and students at the University of Copenhagen. However, we also welcome other national and international universities, research institutions as well as public and private actors within research, education, environmental management, etc.
The station is well suited for courses, workshops, meetings and retreats and can be booked for single- and multi-day events.

- External users: DKK300 / person / night (+VAT) in addition to a flat rate of DKK1500, for final cleaning per booking**
- Total week price for the whole station (max 25 persons): DKK25,000*
- Single-day event without an overnight stay: DKK200/ person in addition to a flat rate of DKK1500, for final cleaning per booking
