Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management has a new temporary website

Forest & Landscape and Department of Geography and Geology gather forces in a new department at University of Copenhagen from January 1, 2013 - Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management (IGN). The department has a new temporary website that provides information about the its research, study programmes, outreach activities and organization.

The research conducted at Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Managements covers a broad range of fields including geology, geography and geoinformatics, forest, nature and biomass, landscape architecture, green space management and urban and rural landscape planning.

The research forms the basis of the teaching of six Bachelor's degree programmes, seven Master's degree programmes, one vocational training course, four PhD programmes and a number of further and supplementary programmes. In addition, the department provides research-based consultancy and public-sector cooperation.
