Forest, Nature and Biomass
The sections has experimental research efforts in a large variety of fields within forests and ecosystems in the entire range from ecosystem via management to products.
Forests constitutes the largest plant ecosystems on the earth and knowledge and understanding on sustainable management of forests, biology of trees and ecosystems are pivotal in relation to e.g. climate change, biobased technologies and basic understanding of plant biology and evolution.
